Charles RadovichCharles Radovich received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Lawrence University, of Appleton, Wisconsin in 1968. In 1974, he received his law degree from the University of Illinois, Champaign. Mr. Radovich’s practice focuses on real estate transactions (residential and commercial), real estate development (residential and commercial), estate planning (wills and trusts), probate, business formations (sole proprietorships, partnerships, and corporations), and municipal law (zoning). Mr. Radovich has conducted several continuing legal education seminars on real estate, real estate development, and municipal law.

Mr. Radovich holds professional memberships with the Kane County Bar Association (Past President); Kane County Bar Association (member, Commercial Real Estate, Local Government Law, and Probate Sections); Illinois State Bar (past member of General Assembly); Illinois Municipal League; Illinois Municipal Utilities Association; and he is an agent for Chicago Title Insurance Company.

Mr. Radovich has been the attorney for the City of Geneva from 1976 to date, Tri-Com Central Dispatch’s legal counsel since 1982 and has previously acted as special counsel to the Village of East Dundee, the City of St. Charles and the City of Batavia.

Mr. Radovich is admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois.
